Events Manager
The Events Manager will play a key role in delivering Fight for Sight’s events strategy in support of the charity’s ambitious growth plans. The postholder will work with the Director of Development and Marketing to launch, develop and roll out a wide range of Fight for Sight’s own events in support of the strategy to source new revenue streams, increase Fight for Sight’s visibility and understanding amongst chosen target audiences and to generate contacts and supporters for future events. The postholder will also ensure that Fight for Sight fundraisers in other events are supported and be responsible for working with Fight for Sight’s Regional Fundraising Committees.
The post is full time with a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annumn.

Marketing Officer
The Marketing Officer will play a key role in delivering Fight for Sight’s marketing communications strategy in support of the charity’s ambitious growth plans. The postholder will work with the Director of Development and Marketing to produce and help distribute general marketing materials for Fight for Sight, to take responsibility for the charity’s website, to ensure brand compliance across the charity, to develop marketing strategies and plans as required and to manage agencies/consultants as required with regard to ongoing brand development.
The post is part-time (21 hours a week) with a salary of £19,200 per annum.
